Every melt heat sample is tested in our state-of-the-art chemical and physical laboratory prior to casting release to ensure 100% compliance with ASTM, DIN, BS, and EN material standards.

  • Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) - Instant 29 chemical element analysis per heat sample.
  • Mechanical Testing - Universal Tensile Machine (UTM), Impact Testing (Charpy V-Notch), and Brinell/Rockwell Hardness.
  • Metallographic Microscope - Microstructure grain structure, ferrite-austenite phase balance analysis.
  • NDT & CMM Testing - Radiography X-Ray, Liquid Dye Penetrant (LPI), Magnetic Particle (MPI), and CMM 3D inspection.
